Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a clinical common disease and frequently-occurring disease,respiratory acute exacerbation period(AECOPD)is a condition to further develop COPD,a direct impact on patients and mortality after healing.At present,the application of western medicine in the treatment of COPD with oxygen,bronchial relaxation and glucocorticoid,acute aggravating period with antibiotics,and combining with the patients with respiratory stimulants,such as mechanical ventilation treatment.In recent years,the study of the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of AECOPD is also increasing,and have achieved good clinical effect.In this paper,we summarize the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine research progress about AECOPD summary analysis.
