To observe the clinical effect of Safflower Ruyi Pill combine with catgut embedment in acupoint in the treatment of menstrual disorders.Methods:A total of 126 patients were divided two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone for three menstrual cycles.The observation group was treated with Safflower Ruyi Pill combine with catgut embedment in acupoint,two group were treated once a day,and the treatment of Safflower Ruyi Pill was 5 pills/time and twice a day for three menstrual cycles,at the same time combine with catgut embedment in acupoint 2 weeks a time and 4 weeks as a course for three courses.The clinical efficacy and serum estradiol (estradiol,E2),follicle stimulating hormone,(FSH),luteinizing hormone,luteinizing hormone (LH),prostaglandinE2(PGE-2),prostaglandin2a (PGF-2a),β-endorphin (β-EP) level differences of the two groups at the end of the treatment.Results:The effective rate was 85.7% in the control group and 93.7% in the observation group.The differences of the two groups in blood E2,FSH,LH,PGE-2,PGF-2a and β-EP level were statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Safflower Ruyi Pill combined with catgut embedment in acupoint therapy on menstrual disorders is significant and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
