Urolithiasis is a common and frequently occurring disease in urology.Professor Liu Jingyuan′s syndrome differentiation and treatment of urolithiasis is mostly based on the theory of dampness-heat in lower energizer,following the four methods of “transforming”,“removing”,“pushing” and “discharging” to harmonize the qi and blood again.The Sijin Paishi Decoction (Four Golds to Expel Stone Decoction) was used and the dosage was modified according to symptoms.The medicine was effective and the treatment was very distinctive.This paper introduced professor Liu Jingyuan′ s clinical experience in detail and some relevant medical cases were taken as examples.
