蔡淦教授运用“脾统四脏”理论治疗内伤杂病，疗效颇佳。本文介绍蔡淦教授运用“脾统四脏”理论治疗心系疾病经验，并附病案三则详述其临床应用。

Abstract:

Prof.Caigan is good at using “Spleen Governing Four-Zang” theory in the treatment of internal damages and miscellaneous diseases.This article described three cases to illustrate the clinical application of his above experiences in the treatment of heart diseases based on the theory of “Spleen Governing Four-Zang”.
