To study the fat-soluble components of the Schisandra sphenanthera flower.Methods:Fat-soluble components of the Schisandra sphenanthera flower were extracted by Soxhlet extraction and were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:The eleven compounds were identified and the determination the content of vitamin E with the yields was 1066%.Conclusion:The squalene was reported for the first time,and there are same fat-soluble components in fructus schisandrae flower and fruit.
