    摘要:

    目的:通过对白芷指纹图谱研究,分析判断不同产地、种属的白芷药材质量。方法:选取2012年3月北京中医医院购进的不同产地的白芷7批,按照种属不同分为4大组,并未每组内按采购批次分为7个小组。采用高效液相色谱法对其进行成分含量的测定,根据特征峰的选取原则进行白芷药材HPLC指纹图谱的建立,同时对7批白芷进行指纹图谱的测定确定4个峰为共有特征色谱峰并进行相似度比较,并判定白芷质量。结果:杭白芷20120305(重庆万州)、滇白芷20120307(云南)为伪品,其余批次品质为一般或优,其中禹白芷2个批次品质均为优,优于其他组别的批次。结论:白芷药材指纹图谱的建立可以对药材有效成分进行精准测量,该方法稳定性高,重现性好,对不同产地的白芷品质辨识提供有利的方法,达到快速、准确评价药材质量的目的,值得推荐。

    Abstract:

    To determinate the effective ingredient and fingerprint of Dahurian Angelica Root.Methods:A total of 7 batches of Dahurian Angelica Root purchased in May 2012 in our hospital were divided into 4 major groups based on its batches. The effective ingredients were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and established HPLC fingerprint according to the principle of characteristic peaks of Dahurian Angelica Root. The 7 batches were determined by fingerprint and four peaks were determined and compared to evaluate Dahurian Angelica Root’s quality.Results:Hang Dahurian Angelica Root (Chongqing Wanzhou) and Dian Dahurian Angelica Root (Yunnan) were fake the other batches were average or had good quality. Two batches of Yu Dahurian Angelica Root had better quality than the others.Conclusion:The result of the fingerprint detection can make accurate measurement of the effective components of medicinal materials, with high stability, good reproducibility, which is a reliable method on the quality of identification of Dahurian Angelica Root from different habitats. Its rapid and accurate evaluation of the quality of Chinese medicine is recommended.
