Five of them were about the effect of acupuncture on quality of life (Quality of Life scale, QLS), three articles were for the effect of acupuncture on fatigue due to multiple sclerosis (MS), two for acupuncture treatment studies on MS spasm, two for the study of acupuncture treatment on pain after MS, and three articles were about animal studies. Despite the various evidences showed that acupuncture is effective for MS, but literatures on the use of acupuncture and the efficacy of acupuncture are still few and most of the studies have certain methodological defects.
