This paper discussed and summarized Children Jiegan Particle′s clinical application.Based on the author′s personal experience and literature reports，the clinical effect of the particle and the key points of application were analyzed，pointing out that fever，cough，sore throat，the treatment of children with hand，foot and mouth disease are the main symptoms of the Children Jiegan Particle，which provides reference for an effective，reasonable and safe guidance for clinical use.
