To compare the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shengxue tablet and iron polysaccharide complex capsules in the treatment of gestational iron deficiency anemia,and provide scientific basis for the treatment of gestational iron deficiency anemia.Methods:A total of 200 gestational iron deficiency anemia patients treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group (group of iron polysaccharide complex capsules) and observation group (group of Jianpi Shengxue tablet) with 100 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given iron polysaccharide complex capsules,while patients in the observation group were given Jianpi Shengxue tablet.Changes of patients′ RBC,Hb and SF were observed after continuous treatment for one month,two months and three months according to the severity of anemia.Besides,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After three months of treatment,RBC,Hb and SF in two groups were all significantly improved (P<0.05),in addition,the effective rate was higher and the curative effect was faster in the observation group.Indicators of observation group after treatment for one month,two months and three months were superior than those of control group (P<0.05); After 3 months,the clinical total effective rate in observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The results of hierarchical statistical：① In patients with moderate to severe anemia,the RBC,Hb and SF levels after treatment in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the effect in observation group was faster (P<0.05).The curative effect in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).In patients with mild anemia,the RBC,Hb,SF levels after treatment were significantly improved (P<0.05),and the effect in observation group was faster.The curative effect in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).The adverse effects in observation group were less than control group without statistically difference.Conclusion:There is a significant and overt curative effect of Jianpi Shengxue tablet in treating gestational iron deficiency anemia,while with little adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.
