To establish diagnostic system of TCM syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods:A total of 1,000 RA patients’ diagnostic information of TCM syndrome was collected for multi-variate analysis, the syndrome information was collected to establish the diagnostic system of TCM syndrome of RA. Results:RA syndrome diagnostic criteria were established, after the 1,000 RA patients with 179 diagnostic elements were screened, including 10 basic syndromes and 56 diagnostic optimization indexes. Conclusion:RA mainly comprises 10 basic syndromes,and the diagnosis system has significant diagnostic value. It is effective to use multi-variate statistical analysis combined application in the study of diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome screening, and it is worthy of further promotion.
