Abstract:To optimize the processing conditions of corn silk polysaccharide by ultrasonic assisted surface methodology.Methods:To build a mathematical model of two multinomial regression equation on the basis of single factor experiment.While taking ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, material to liquid ratio as independent variables, and glucose as control and the yield of polysaccharide response value, to study the effects of variables on each other and their effect on the extraction of polysaccharide.Results:Ultrasonic time has strong effect on the extraction rate of corn silk polysaccharides.Conclusion:The final optimization of ultrasonic extraction of corn silk polysaccharide processing is set to be:ultrasonic time 32.94 min, ultrasonic temperature 60.17 ℃, the ratio of material to liquid 1:24.79, and under this condition, the theoretical extraction rate of the theoretical value is 5.5318%.
