This paper is to discuss professor Weng Weiliang's dialectical thinking, therapeutic principle and medication features in treating ventricular aneurysm and to introduce a typical case of a patient with cardiac ventricular aneurysm who had two-year outpatient treatment and analyze the cases to sum up experience of professor Weng Weiliang in the treatment of ventricular aneurysm.
