To develop the quality standard of Geqi granules.Methods:The identification of Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong was used by TLC.Astragaloside IV was analyzed on an HPLC Diamnosil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm) using acetonitrile with water (34:66) as mobile phase，evaporative light-scattering detector.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.35-7.02 μg，and the average recovery was 99.1%.Conclusion:This method is simple，reliable with good specificity and reproducible，which can be used for the quality control of Geqi granule.
