In recent years，as an important complication of stroke，the incidence rate of depression is getting higher and higher，which severely hinders the improvement of limb function recovery and life self-care ability of patients with stroke.But traditional Chinese medicine is fruitful in the treatment of post stroke depression.This paper reviewed Chinese medicine treatment methods of post stroke depression，including acupuncture，herbal medicine and combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine and other methods of traditional Chinese medicine，and made prospects of the problems existing in the present treatment.
