To analyze the regularities of Li Dongyuan's prescriptions in “Nei Wai Shang Bian Huo Lun” and “Theory of Spleen and Stomach”,and summarize his medication regularities and academic thoughts.Methods:A total of 91 prescriptions were collected,and the names of the Chinese medicine in the prescriptions were standardized.To establish a medicine table and the data were analyzed by ACCESS,SPSS and EXCEL.Results:The usage frequency of 122 kinds of Chinese medicine were found as well as the regularity of their property and taste,and combinations.Conclusion:Li Dongyuan attached great importance to the spleen and stomach,and he used medicine to nourish the spleen and stomach,lifting yang-qi and reducing yin-fire.This study provides data support for further research.
