目的：探讨龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂治疗结直肠癌化疗后不良反应的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2014年10月至2016年10月直肠癌患者实施化疗80例临床案例，按治疗方案不同，将其分为龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组和单一化疗组，各40例。单一化疗组采用FOLFIRI方案化疗及对症治疗，而龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组在单一化疗组的基础上加用龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂治疗。统计分析2组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、外周血细胞及T细胞亚群的变化。结果：化疗后7 d，2组患者中医症状总分均有明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而化疗后14 d，龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组中医症状总分明显低于单一化疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；化疗后7 d，2组患者白细胞和中性粒细胞均较化疗前明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而化疗后14 d，单一化疗组白细胞和中性粒细胞均较化疗前明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组基本恢复到化疗前水平，且明显高于单一化疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而化疗前后2组患者血小板无明显变化；化疗后7 d，龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组患者CD4+及CD4+/CD8+有轻微的升高，而单一化疗组有轻微下降，龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组明显高于单一化疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组CD8+8明显低于单一化疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。化疗后14 d，龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂组CD4+及CD4+/CD8+明显高于单一化疗组，而CD8+明显低于单一化疗组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：龟鹿二仙胶巴布剂治疗结直肠癌化疗患者，能有效改善化疗后骨髓抑制等不良反应，以及对患者体力及免疫力有促进作用。

Abstract:

To observe the effect of Guilu Erxian Babu solution in the treatment of adverse reactions after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 80 colorectal cancer patients were selected from October 2014 to October 2016.Then they were divided into a control group(n＝40) and an experimental group(n＝40).The control group was given FOLFIRI chemotherapy,on the basis of that,the experimental group was given Guilu Erxian Babu solution.Statistically analyze oTCM symptoms integral,the change of peripheral blood cells and T cells subgroup of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:White blood cells and neutrophils after chemotherapy in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ after chemotherapy in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Guilu Erxian Babu solution can effectively improve adverse reactions induced by chemotherapy such as bone marrow suppression.It can also benefit the patients' physical strength and immunity.
