Abstract:To study the regularity of syndromes in ischemic stroke patients in the acute period in Hainan province. Methods:Prospective clinical investigation was used.Acute ischemic stroke patients of Qiongzhong (Central),Qionghai(East),Danzhou (West) and Ledong (Southern) area in recent years hospitalized in the Hainan traditional Chinese medicine hospital were chosen. In total,300 patients who were admitted into hospital within 72 hours from disease were chosen.According to the diagnostic criteria of syndrome differentiation of ischemic stroke, clinical information was taken for dynamic collection on the first and 14th day of hospitalization in order to study syndrome changes of acute phase of ischemic stroke in Hainan. Results:There were 78 cases of acute ischemic stroke, with 26 cases of fire syndrome,56 cases of phlegm syndrome,70 cases of blood stasis syndrome,47 cases of qi deficiency syndrome and 23 cases of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.Among them,in the acute stage, most patients were mainly of wind syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, phlegm dampness syndrome and qi deficiency syndrome, and the combination of two syndromes or three syndromes.Conclusion:Mono-syndrome of ischemic apoplexy patients in Hainan province are predominant in the acute phase of syndromes, followed by combination of two syndromes or three syndromes.Heat syndrome are not common to see, while phlegm and qi-deficiency syndrome are quite common. It reflects the pathogenesis of stroke, which can simplify the complex syndromes.Furthermore,it can lay foundation for syndrome standardization and syndrome differentiation.
