To analyze the clinical effects of Qianjin Capsule combined with Jingang Capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease. Methods:A total of 96 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in Baoding Second Hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the normal group and the experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the conventional group were given Qianjin capsule orally, and the experimental group was added with Jingang Capsule orally. The total effective rate, the clinical symptoms disappeared time, the change of the serum levels of cytokines, adverse reactions, etc. of 2 groups were compared. Results:After clinical treatment, the total effective rates of experimental group and normal group were 95.83% and 79.17% respectively (P<0.05). The pelvic lumps disappear time, abdominal pain relief time, the time of leucorrhea returning to normal, time of belly bulge relief of experimental group were significantly shorter compared with the normal group (P<0.05); The serum cytokine levels in patients of 2 groups before treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of experimental group were significantly better than the normal group (P<0.05). No evident adverse reactions occurred in both groups after treatment. Conclusion:Qianjin Capsule combined with Jingang Capsule in treating patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease had significant clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the patients clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain, distention and bulge, improve the serum levels of cytokines, with high drug safety, which is worthy of promotion in the future clinical work practice.
