To investigate the effects of Hexue Mingmu Tablet in the treatment of diabetic patients with fundus hemorrhage, and effects on hemorheology.Methods:A total of 98 patients with diabetic fundus hemorrhage in Yulin firse hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n＝49) and control group (n＝49).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with the combination of Mingmu tablets and the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The curative effect and visual acuity of the two groups were compared, and the changes of hemorheology before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment of fundus examination in the observation group (87.76%) was higher than control group (69.39%) (P<0.05); The total effective rate of visual treatment in the observation group (83.67%) was higher than that of the control group (65.51%) (P<0.05); After treatment, high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear blood and plasma viscosity levels decreased in two groups (observation group t＝16.955, 11.523, 21.609, control group t＝5.920, 5.590, 9.884, P<0.05); after treatment, high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear blood and plasma viscosity of observation group was lower than control group (t＝10.812, 6.066, 14.668, P<0.05); Serum Hcy, TC and TG decreased after treatment in two groups (observation group t＝15.760, 12.974, 19.341, in control group t＝7.321, 7.331, 7.469, P<0.05); the levels of Hcy, TC and TG levels were lower than the control group after treatment (t＝10.826, 7.104, 12.035, P<0.05).Conclusion:Hexue Mingmu Tablet is effective to improve the blood rheology of patients with diabetic fundus hemorrhage.
