Abstract:To observe and analyze the clinical study of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with balance acupuncture combined with moxibustion in a box. Methods:Seventy patients with pelvic inflammatory disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2017 were selected. By using lot method, all patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The patients of control group with pelvic inflammatory disease were only received conventional therapy, and patients of study group were treated with balance acupuncture combined with moxibustion in box based on conventional treatment. The two groups were compared in effect after treatment, time of symptoms relief, anxiety, depression, and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (77.14%, P<0.05); the anxiety and depression of the patients in study group were better than that of the control group, and the symptom relief time was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05); the probability of adverse reactions of the study group (11.43%) was lower than that of control group (31.43%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of balance acupuncture combined with moxibustion in a box treatment is more impressive to adult patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, which was worthy of wide promoting.
