To analyze the curative efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with acupuncture on limb dysfunction after apoplexy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with limb dysfunction after apoplexy who were admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected, and were randomly divided into 2 groups according to admission order.After admission, the patients were treated with Western medicine with intravenous drip of mannitol 125 mL and aspirin 1 tablet /d; Compound Danshen Dripping Pills 10 pills / times, 3 times /d as conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction with acupuncture.Results:The observation group was markedly effective in 23 cases, effective in 19 cases with the total effective rate of 93.33%.The control group was markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in all cases with total effective rate of 73.33%.The treatment effects of the 2 groups had significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment, Fugl Meyer score and MAS score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), while the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the serum MMP-9, hs-CRP levels in observation group decreased significantly, which was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture can further improve limb dysfunction after apoplexy.
