Abstract:Urticaria, called as “yin zhen” in traditional Chinese medicine, is a kind of allergic skin disease with comings and goings of clumps patches and pruritus. Urticaria can occur all year round. The exterior reason is that six evil factors are seasonal, and the internal reason is that organs are affected by climate. In this paper, we discussed about the reason of urticaria onset, pathogenesis and clinical prevention and treatment based on the theory of “Five-Zang corresponding to the seasons”. It holds that season climate and urticaria were closely related, which provides some theoretical evidence for clinical prevention and treatment.
