To study the curative effect of Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Fang combined with acupoint sticking in treating closed-antibody-negative recurrent spontaneous abortion and its effect on IL-10 and TGF-β1 in patients.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with closed-antibody-negative recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given separate Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Fang for treatment,and the patients in the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Fang combined with acupoint sticking treatment.The TCM symptom score,expression of IL-10 and TGF-β1,the positive rate of blocking antibody and positive pregnancy rate were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in serum index (IL-10,TGF-β1) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); After the treatment,the serum levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rate of blocking antibody in the study group was 84.0% (42/50),which was higher than that in the control group (62.0%,31/50).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The success rate of pregnancy in the study group was 82.0% (41/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group (62.0%,31/50) (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Fang acupoint sticking treatment of closed antibody negative recurrent spontaneous abortion has significant curative effects,which can effectively relieve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,regulate the body's immune balance and cytokine levels,reduce inflammation and improve pregnancy success rate,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
