Abstract:To explore the clinical efficacy of the effect of the method of invigorating spleen and kidney combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer who met the inclusion criteria in Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.The short-term curative effect, body mass and Karnofsky score, quality of life, QOL-C30 score and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The body mass and Karnofsky score, TCM syndrome score and quality of life QOL-C30 score were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05), while the short-term curative effect of the solid tumors was not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine of Fuzheng Fangai decoction combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer tumor entity does not have obvious advantages, but it helps to improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life, which is one of the effective clinical treatment for patients with advanced gastric cancer that can be selected.
