Dampness is the principal pathogenesis of cancer and plays an important role in the development of tumorigenesis. Regarding the theory of ascending and descending of qi as guidelines and combining with the experiences of Dr. Hua Baojin，this article is to reconstruct concept of “san jiao (triple energizer)”，expound the fact that san jiao as the biggest viscera of the body is also the main internal organ dampness stay，demonstrate the regulation of ascending and descending of qi of triple energizer，especially zhong jiao under “match up of ascending and descending” therapy is the base of recovering qi of triple energizer transformation and eliminating dampness. And the essay also makes a point that regulation of qifen and xuefen of triple energizer is a key step in dampness eliminating of tumor treatment. This not only replenishes the therapy of traditional dampness treatment but also pinpoint the specific measure of eliminating dampness by regulating triple energizer，which is an important breakthrough in dampness treatment of the tumor.
