Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systematic disease characterized by synovitis.It has been confirmed that Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a key role in the development of rheumatoid arthritis.On one hand，Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway promotes the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts，on the other hand，the up-regulated Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in fibroblast like synovial cells can lead to fibroid synovial cells proliferation，proliferation of RA soft tissue and bone damage.Therefore，how to restrain the proliferation of fibroid synovial cells to inhibit the proliferation of synovium，and promote bone repair thought Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is of great significance to RA treatment.
