To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Mailuo Shutong Pills combined with sarpogrelate hydrochloride in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO).Methods:From August,2016 to August,2018,102 patients with thromboangiitis obliterans admitted to Jingmen No.2 People's Hospital who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 51 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral treatment of sarpogrelate hydrochloride tablets,while those in the observation group were given oral treatment of sarpogrelate hydrochloride tablets combined with Mailuo Shutong Pills.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.24%,and that in the control group was 80.39% and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mailuo Shutong Pill combined with sarpogrelate hydrochloride can effectively alleviate the main clinical symptoms of TAO patients,improve the hemorheology indexes,and have a high cure rate and significant curative effect.
