Belarus is an important pivot country in the Belt and Road Initiative，which is critical for promoting and developing of Chinese medicine in Asia and Europe.This paper compares the developmental situations of Chinese medicine before and after the Belt and Road Initiative in Belarus by analyzing 4 parts：the start and development of modern Chinese medicine in Belarus，the promotion，the existing problems and the future prospect of Chinese medicine in the local area under the Belt and Road Initiative.Chinese medicine under the Belt and Road Initiative in Belarus has gone through 3 periods：preparation for the start，formal development and multilevel development.With the deepening cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative，Chinese medicine in Belarus has been embracing a new spring filled with vigor.
