To investigate the effect of back-shu point cooperated with front-mu points using warm needling acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating senile chronic diarrhea.Methods:A total of 88 senile patients with chronic diarrhea admitted to Xining Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n＝44)and a control group(n＝44).The control group was given tetralogy of bifidobacterium tetralogy of live bacteria orally treatment,and the observation group was given back-shu point cooperated with front-mu points using warm needling acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The 2 groups were treated for 2 weeks as 1 course.The curative effect was observed after 2 consecutive courses of treatment.The improvement and curative effect of the 2 groups after treatment were observed.The serum gastrointestinal hormones and brain gut peptide indexes levels of the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the scores of morning diarrhea,abdominal pain,waist and knee soft,anorexia and cold limb cold of the 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group 4 weeks after treatment was 93.18%,while that of the control group was 77.27%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The qi deficiency scores of the observation group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum MOT,GAS,5-HT and SP decreased significantly in the 2 groups after treatment,and the levels of serum VIP and CGRP increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of back-shu point cooperated with front-mu points using warm needling acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms,regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones and brain gut peptide,and the therapeutic effect is accurate.
