To explore the effects of the quality of Chinese herbal decoction pieces on the rationality of Chinese herbal prescription and the safety of clinical medication.Methods:A total of 648 patients who had to be treated with TCM decoction in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected.During this period,the quality management of TCM decoction was implemented in our hospital.324 patients before the implementation of the management were taken as the control group,and 324 patients after the implementation were taken as the study group.The effects on the rationality of Chinese herbal prescription and the safety of clinical medication were analyzed.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Adverse events of prescription in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality management of Chinese herbal decoction in Chinese pharmacies can effectively avoid adverse events and adverse drug reactions,improve the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal decoction in patients,and improve the rationality and safety of Chinese medicine prescription in Chinese pharmacies.
