Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) gradually becomes one of major complications of diabetes mellitus. It has become one of the most important reasons, which can lead to end-stage renal disease. Its incidence is increasing year by year. In recent years, many studies have focused on the treatment of DKD. However, the important role of effective management of patients in delaying the progression of disease has been neglected. This paper summarized Professor Lyu Renhe's experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment process scheme on the management of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
