Professor Li Yuanwen has been a dermatologist for more than 30 years.He has unique opinions on the treatment of chronic and refractory skin diseases with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The macroscopic and microcosmic are often combined in the course of syndrome differentiation and treatment.He applies the prescription of Radix Lithospermi in treating different kinds of diseases，with obvious efficacy.This paper extracted 3 case records in order to exchange and discuss with colleagues.
