At present,it is all the more urgent to prevent and control the 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia,and it is particularly important to give full play to the positive role of primary medical institutions.The sect of three regions and six diseases in TCM used the syndrome differentiation system of three yin and three Yang systems to reorganize the typhoid and febrile diseases and then we point out that typhoid and febrile diseases can be preliminarily unified.We think the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infected pneumonia should be treated according to syndrome differentiation,not limited to the debate of the name of the disease.We made a dialectical analysis of the clinical symptoms of pneumonia,put forward the corresponding TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas,and have provided prevention and treatment programs for basic medical institutions.Based on the understanding of the whole Qi and blood of human,we summarized a set of breathing exercise to improve immunity by stimulating the surface system,which provided an economic,effective and convenient method for the prevention of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infected pneumonia.
