To compare and analyze the law of internal and external use of compound prescriptions of Chinese materia medica containing Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in CNKI,in order to provide direction and theoretical support for clinical development and application of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Methods:CNKI was used as the data source,taking “Radix Angelicae Dahuricae+clinical” as the theme,and the date “January 1,1960-February 25,2019” was used for advanced retrieval.Clinical literature related to internal and external use of Chinese materia medica Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was screened out.Frequency statistics on properties,flavors,channel tropism and categories of single kind of Chinese materia medica was conducted,and statistical analysis on association rules was conducted.Results:From CNKI,125 compound prescriptions containing Radix Angelicae Dahuricae were obtained.Among medicines for external use,frequencies of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae(53 times,46.49%),Radix et Rhizoma Rhei(14 times,12.28%)and Radix Glycyrrhizae(11 times,9.65%)were relatively high.Among medicines for internal use,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae(72 times,37.70%),Radix Glycyrrhizae(32 times,16.75%)and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong(28 times,14.66%)ranked the top 3.In terms of medication categories,both of them were mainly superficies-relieving medicines and heat-clearing medicines.In the statistics of medicinal properties,proportions of warm and pungent ones were higher.And in the statistics of channel tropism,they tended to return to liver and lung channels.Conclusion:Compared with Chinese pharmacopoeia,clinically internal use of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is similar to the national standard.Clinically external use is different from the national standard's statistical results,which needs to be specific analyzed.
