To observe effects of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on inflammatory stress response and immune function in chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:A total of 200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation admitted in Qinghai Kangle Hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected as study objects and divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for 2 weeks, and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the treatment basis of the control group for 2 weeks.The inflammatory stress response, hemorheology, clinical symptom and sign score, immune function and adverse drug reactions were observed before the treatment and after 2 weeks of the treatment.Clinical effective rates were compared between the groups.Results:Compared with the control group, the decent degrees of scores of lower abdominal distending pain/lumbosacral aching pain, menstrual disorder, tenderness/masses in the adnexa area, and poor uterine activity/adhesion and fixation score, TNF-α, CRP, CD8+, high shear viscosity of whole blood, low shear viscosity of whole blood, hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in patients of the observation group were larger.While IL-2, IL-10, the total clinical effective rate, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were increased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the systemic inflammatory stress response, hemodynamics, immune function and efficacy in chronic pelvic inflammation, which is a good method to treat the disease.
