Abstract:To explore the clinical effect of Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with Chinese herbal enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50). The control group was treated with Taohe Chengqi Decoction, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema on this basis. The clinical efficacy, renal function, nutrition and inflammation indexes of the 2 groups were analyzed. Results:After treatment, the total clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.00% and 74.00%, respectively, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); compared with before treatment, the levels of GFR in the 2 groups were significantly increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of Scr and BUN in the 2 groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of HGB and ALB in the 2 groups increased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of HGB and ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of IL-1, IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF-a in the 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with Chinese herbal enema can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure, and its mechanism is directly related to reducing the level of inflammatory factors and improving renal function indicators.
