Clinical Study on Intervention of Comprehensive Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Quality of Life and Psychological State of Postoperative Patients with Lung Cancer
To observe the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine on quality of life,psychological status and clinical symptoms of patients with non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after operation.Methods:In the multi-center,large-sample cohort study,a total of 503 patients with I-IIIa NSCLC or completing adjuvant therapy were adopted.Among them,266 were in the experimental group and 237 were in the control group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with the comprehensive treatment methods,namely,dialectical decoction,sports rehabilitation,psychological rehabilitation,dietary rehabilitation,functional rehabilitation,paste rehabilitation.The patients in the control group were treated with observation.Clinically,quality of life,anxiety and depression,TCM symptoms score and side effects were studied in the 2 groups of patients.Results:FACT-L4.0 scale evaluation was used to evaluate the quality of life.After one course of treatment,the scores were(101.60±13.19)and(91.00±14.29)(P<0.05).After 2 course of treatment,the scores were(105.00±13.42)and(88.60±15.44),and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS anxiety scale was used to evaluate the anxiety and SDS depression scale was used to evaluate the depression.The 2 scales indicated that the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after the first and second courses,with significant difference(P<0.05).TCM symptoms score indicated that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the 2 groups.Conclusion:TCM comprehensive treatment scheme can improve the quality of life of patients,the state of anxiety and depression,and the clinical symptoms of patients.It is a worthy of promotion,and is a safe and effective treatment regimen of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation.
