Abstract:To explore effects of Qishen Huanwu Capsules combined with stereotactic drainage on neurological function in patients with hemorrhagic stroke.Methods:A total of 82 patients with hemorrhagic stroke admitted in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to the number of visit.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Qishen Huanwu Capsules combined with stereotactic drainage.Bartiel scale scores, modified Rankin scale scores, NIHSS scores, PRO scores, hemorheology indexes and inflammatory factor levels before and after the treatment were compared between the 2 groups; effective rates and adverse drug reaction rates in the 2 groups were compared after the treatment.Results:1)After the treatment, the scores of Bartiel scale in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment, and the scores of modified Rankin scale, NIHSS and PRO were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). 2)After the treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05), and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). 3)After the treatment, IL-4, TNF-α and CRP in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). 4)The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). 5)There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Huanwu Capsules combined with stereotactic drainage is helpful to restore the neurological function in hemorrhagic stroke, promote blood circulation, inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve the efficacy.
