To observe the effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction on the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway and related inflammatory factors in rats' lung macrophages induced by LPS.Methods:Original liquid of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction was prepared and applied on LPS-induced NR8383 rat cells.They were divided into blank group，model group，Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction group，piperacillin-tazobactam(TZP)group and combination group.The qPCR and western-blot were used to detect the expression of mRNA and protein level of the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway，respectively.ELISA was used to detect levels of inflammatory factors before and after the intervention.Results:Both Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction and TZP could significantly reduce the mRNA expressions of NLRP3，Caspase-1 and ASC.The protein levels of NLRP3 and ASC in the 2 groups were decreased significantly.The protein levels of Caspase-1 and IL-1β also showed a decreasing trend.Both Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction and TZP could significantly reduce the levels of IL-18 and IL-1β inflammatory factors.And the combination of drugs produced a synergistic effect.Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction has a certain effect on NLRP3 inflammasome，which may delay immune inflammatory injury of the body through the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.
