The rules of Chinese medicine treatment of atrial fibrillation were explored，through data mining technology.Method:The clinical randomized controlled research literature of TCM in the treatment of atrial fibrillation has been retrieved to 2019 in CNKI database and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform.Frequency analysis，association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to explore the rules of TCM.Results:A total of 89 compounds were selected，including 28 core Chinese medicine，which can be divided into 5 cluster formulas，and 20 drug compatibility.The core Chinese medicine are Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，Radix Ophiopogonis，Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae，Radix Astragali seu Hedysari，etc.And the core compatibilities are Radix Ophiopogonis-RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE PREPARATA，Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata-Radix Ophiopogonis-Radix Ophiopogonis.Conclusion:.The compatibility law of TCM in treating atrial fibrillation is mainly to supplement qi and nourish Yin，and to promote blood circulation，and soothe the nerves.The treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
