To analyze effects of Wuling Powder combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets on improvement of symptoms,blood pressure variability and quality of life in patients with hypertension of phlegm dampness stagnation type.Methods:From February 2017 to July 2019,128 cases of hypertension of phlegm dampness stagnation type admitted in Southern District of Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were included as study objects and divided into groups according to random number table method,with 64 cases in control group taking Amlodipine Besylate Tablets,and 64 cases in observation group taking Wuling Powder on the treatment basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 30 d.Efficacy,symptom improvement,blood pressure variability and quality of life were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After the treatment,symptom scores in the 2 groups were lower than those before the treatment(P < 0.05),and the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After the treatment,monitoring results of indicators of blood pressure variability in the 2 groups were lower than those before the treatment(P < 0.05),and the monitoring results of indicators of blood pressure variability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After the treatment,indicator scores of quality of life in the 2 groups were higher than those before the treatment(P < 0.05),and the indicator scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Wuling Powder combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets can significantly improve clinical symptoms,blood pressure variability and quality of life in patients with hypertension of phlegm dampness stagnation type,and improve efficacy.
