Cardiovascular disease is the first disease that seriously threatens the health of Chinese.Establishing a Clinical Prediction Model for the elderly patients with coronary heart disease is of great significance for secondary prevention of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.This article elaborates from 3 aspects，including current situation of cardiovascular clinical prediction models at home and abroad，necessity，problems and countermeasure of establishing clinical prediction models of senile coronary heart disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.In this article，it is believed that traditional Chinese medicine，as China's traditional medicine，has its own theoretical system in disease prognosis evaluation.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese Medicine theory，clinical prediction models of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine will greatly improve the accuracy of the prognosis evaluation of patients.Lacking high-quality large sample data is the biggest problem in the establishment of clinical prediction models for elderly patients with coronary heart disease.It is necessary to construct practice research integration cloud data platform for coronary heart disease with integrative medicine as soon as possible，so as to collect inclusive real and structured clinical data efficiently.
