To study the effects of different concentrations of Loureirin A on the proliferation,apoptosis and migration of keloid fibroblasts and the protein expression levels of Col-I、Col-III、α-SMA、Bax、Caspase-3. Methods:1) Different concentrations of L-Auxin A act on keloid fibroblasts. CellTiter-Blue vitality test was used to test the effects of L-Auxin A on keloid fibroblast proliferation. 2) Flow cytometry was used to detect the effects of L-Auxin A on keloid fibroblasts apoptosis. 3) Scratch test was used to detect the effects of borneol A on keloid fibroblast migration. 4) Proteins expression levels of Col-I、Col-III、α-SMA、Bax、Caspase-3 were detected by Western-Blot. Results:Loureirin A can inhibit the proliferation and migration of keloid fibroblasts,and induce their apoptosis,reduce the protein expression of Col-I、Col-III、α-SMA and promote the protein expression of Bax and caspase-3,and there is a dosage dependent relationship. Conclusion:Loureirin A can regulate the balance of keloid fibroblast proliferation and apoptosis,reduce the deposition of extracellular matrix,so it may play a certain therapeutic effects on keloid.
