Abstract:To summarize the features of clinical syndromes of Professor WU's treatment for tic disorder based on Chinese medicine's nature and flavor.Methods:Professor WU Min's clinical medication for treating tic disorder was collected and the distribution of four qi,five flavors and channel tropism of medication was analyzed.The medication characteristics were summerized.Results:A total of 232 Chinese medicines commonly used by Professor WU for the treatment of tic disorder was collected.According to results of association rules,the main prescription included Rhizoma Gastrodia,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis,Flos Magnoliae,Scorpion and Fructus Viticis(S=73.51% C=98.71%).The distribution of the four qi in the main prescriptions were calm(33.66%),warm(27.67%),cool(20.70%),cold(17.96%); in other medicines,cold(46.89%),warm(24.34%),calm(22.87%),cool(5.90%).The distribution of 5 flavours in the main drugs were pungent(48.07%),sweet(31.49%),bitter(20.44%)and in other drugs,bitter(31.52%),sweet(30.30%),pungent(19.24%).In channel tropism,the more channel tropism in the main prescription were liver channel(41.69%),stomach(19.74%),kidney channel(13.38%),pericardium channel(10.78%),lung channel(10.38%),spleen channel(4.02%)in the based prescription and lung(23.15%),Liver channel(15.29%),spleen channel(13.80%),stomach channel(13.78%)in other drugs.There was also other channel tropism distributed in based prescription and other drugs.Conclusion:Dispelling the wind was a basic principle in the treatment of tic disorder.The interventions for the liver and lung,and the protection of spleen and Stomach were both important in the treatment options for tic disorder.
