Cancer is one of the major causes of death and poses a serious threat to human health.At present，chemotherapy and surgery are the main treatment methods for patients with cancer.However，the adverse reactions to treatment will seriously affect the patients' quality of life and prognosis.In this review，we combined the clinical research of acupuncture in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)，breast cancer-related lymphedema(BCRL)，as well as chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN)，which conducted by the Acupuncture Clinical Evaluation and Transformation Center in Tianjin University of TCM in the past six years，with the consensus and latest clinical evidence of acupuncture & moxibustion research published by the National Cancer Institute(NCI)，so as to explore the application value of acupuncture in cancer treatment and to provide more effective methods for the treatment of the above conditions.
