In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer is one of the main methods for the treatment of infertile women with endometriosis.Professor Zhao has rich clinical experience in assisting IVF-ET of infertile patients with Endometriosis by traditional Chinese medicine with different periods according to the conditions of the disease and syndrome to improve ovarian function and endometrial receptivity on raising the successful rate of IVF-ET.Syndrome differentiation was used in the pituitary down-regulation period,and the Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction is commonly used.In the luteal phase period,the treatment should be focus on nourishing spleen and kidney,adjust ying and wei.During pregnancy,under aim of preventing early threatened abortion,the treatment is consolidating Chong Vessel and nourishing kidney and spleen.
