Identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes of Spleen and Stomach Based on Gaseous Phase Chromatography Combined with Surface Acoustic Wave Sensor
To establish a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) listening and smelling system based on gaseous phase chromatography combined with surface acoustic wave sensor (SAW),which aims to establish a test target for exhaled breath and can be used to identify the TCM syndromes of spleen and stomach. Methods:TCM listening and smelling system was established by using a combination of gaseous phase chromatography and SAW sensor. An air bag was used to collect the expiratory gas of 112 clinical spleen and stomach abnormalities and 162 patients with no abnormal spleen and stomach. The expiratory gas was detected and analyzed by TCM listening and smelling system, and 116 subjects were used to verify the model and to establish a model of the relationship between expiratory gas and spleen and stomach syndrome. Results:The model of the relationship between expiratory gas and abnormal spleen and stomach was constructed by using artificial neural network. The area under ROC curve of the model reached 0.930,and the accuracy of identifying the syndromes of deficiency of spleen qi,dampness-heat of spleen and deficiency and coldness of spleen and stomach reached more than 84%.Conclusion:Through the established TCM listening and smelling system,a new type of clinical auxiliary diagnosis system was established for identifying spleen and stomach abnormalities by means of establishing a detecting expiratory gas.
