In the context of China Brain Project，research on classification and prediction based on machine learning and neuroimaging properties is in the ascendant.The study on the prediction of acupuncture efficacy is just starting，and it will become an important frontier of acupuncture and brain science research.This paper attempted to briefly review the application of machine learning in neuroimaging research and the current status of prediction for acupuncture efficacy based on neuroimaging properties，with a view to providing reference for the research on the prediction of acupuncture efficacy based on machine learning and neuroimaging.
