Acupuncture manipulations as the soul of acupuncture,are the key of treating disease.Prof.GUO Yi learned acupuncture manipulations from famous acupuncture master,Prof.ZHENG KuiShan.Based on the application of Zheng's peculiar acupuncture manipulation method,he developed Zheng's acupuncture manipulations in his own understanding and applied in the clinical therapeutics.In this article,several acupuncture manipulations that Prof.Guo uses frequently in the clinical treatment were introduced:GUO LIAN RE(facial warming manipulation),CHUAN JIA RE(shoulder warming manipulation),TONG DU RE(Governor vessel warming manipulation),TOU FU RE(abdomen warming manipulation),KONG QUE KAI PING(peacock spreading its tail manipulation),QIAN LONG RU HAI(dragon diving in the sea manipulation).The key operation of the manipulations and clinical application in detail were introduced and we hope to promote the clinical application of acupuncture manipulation.
