To study the distribution regularity of Chinese Medicine(CM) constitution and CM syndromes in patients with allergic rhinitis and explore the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 283 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.The cross-sectional study were applied to analyze their CM constitution and CM syndromes and the correlation between them was explored.Results:The main constitutional types of patients with allergic rhinitis are allergic constitution、yang deficiency constitution and qi deficiency constitution,while the main CM syndromes are spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome and lung-meridian-accumulated-heat syndrome.Some CM constitutions are closely related to CM syndromes:qi deficiency constitution is closely related to lung-qi deficiency and cold syndrome,yang deficiency constitution is closely related to kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency constitution is closely related to lung meridian heat accumulation syndrome,phlegm dampness constitution is closely related to spleen-qi deficiency syndrome and lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,dampness heat constitution is closely related to lung meridian heat accumulation syndrome,and allergic constitution is closely related to lung-meridian-accumulated-heat syndrome.There was no significant correlation between qi-depression constitution,blood-stasis constitution and CM syndromes.Conclusion:CM constitutions are closely related to CM syndromes.The study of the correlation between them provides a new idea for the prevention,treatment and prognosis care of allergic rhinitis.
